Repository and Inventor Relationship
Our chosen inventor will be free to work with us on any reasonable basis. The inventor may become an employee of AERO, a consultant, or simply receive royalties. The inventor may choose to become famous or remain in the background, his identity a secret. But the main thing to understand is this: if you use us as a repository, sending us detailed plans for construction of your device (note: we are not asking this until we've signed an NDA [non-disclosure confidentiality agreement] acknowledging your property rights), then there is no purpose to harming or stopping you! In fact, that would draw attention to the worth of your device, and cause us to massively disseminate the information, so we view it as quite unlikely. On the other hand, AERO would have to perform or the device would revert to you…therefore, we cannot shelve it, and we cannot sell out to someone else who would do so.
