Technology Evaluation Procedure
Thank you for your interest in the AERO License Award Program. Applicants for the AERO $200,000 Licensing fee / $5 million minimum royalty program must complete the Technology Evaluation Form.
Please note that in order to be considered your system must:
The invention must be already built, robust and running reliably.
Be over-unity, closed loop (self-running off the grid while carrying a load) and supplying at least 1 kilowatt of net usable power (in addition to any internal needs to power the system); if batteries or capacitors are used, these must be charged from the system while running the minimum 1 KW load.
Systems using solar, geothermal, wind, nuclear or fossil fuel input are excluded from consideration, as these systems already exist.
Be able to be test run with a load for at least 72 hours without interruption.
Output must be in watts, not volts, joules, horsepower etc. The system must be configured to be producing real measurable power in usable wattage.
The system must be able to pass performance and efficiency testing by three independent scientific groups and be fully reproducible from plans by an independent third party (AERO will sign a non-disclosure agreement with the inventor(s) as needed to assure confidentiality.)
Your system must have plans adequate to fully reproduce the effect by an independent third party skilled in the art of fabrication and electrical engineering but with no other input from the inventor.
You must be willing to License the system to AERO, Inc. (see sample licensing agreement).
The inventor must be willing to bring the system to Virginia to be tested and this testing must be transparent and open (no hidden "black box" tests).
You must own or control the rights to the technology.
You must be willing to cooperate with AERO to further develop (at AERO's expense) the technology, as needed, so that a manufacture-ready, beta-tested, UL listed system is achieved.
If it is a water-to-fuel system, the system must be able to electrolyze water into hydrogen and oxygen to create enough on-demand fuel to run the system (again, closed-loop) and to create the minimum 1 kilowatt of net usable power.
The system must not use or emit radioactive materials or other materials that are an environmental hazard or biohazard.
The system must not emit any pollution or greenhouse gasses (water vapor emissions from a water-to-fuel system are acceptable, of course).
If your technology does not meet the above criteria, please do not apply for this Award Program.
Once the above criteria are met and a licensing agreement is in effect, you will receive $200,000 as an upfront licensing award fee and a minimum $5 million royalty within 2 years of a manufacture-ready, beta tested, UL listed system being created.
If you qualify, AERO will pay you to work with us to develop this manufacture-ready system (this is in addition to the initial $200,000 license award fee).
